benfleet pic
This was taken from outside the present conservative club looking towards the Hoy. Church creek ran behind the houses on the left The cottage on the right was called Vine cottage, demolished by the caring sharing Conservatives for car parking or maybe I'm being unfair. The village bike, Marie used to live there, she cut my hair when I was a child There is another pic of the Anchor with 'Marie Bill spliced chalked on the wall, this is the same Marie!
